Every Container Domes Australia shelter is engineer-certified to AS/NZS 1170.2:2021, at Terrain Category 2, Level of Importance 2, across Wind Regions A, B, C or D. Wind Region D structures, common in Western Australia's northwest, are certified to withstand regional wind speeds up to 69 m/s and design gusts of 80 m/s, roughly 250 km/h.
Because requirements shift from state to state and site to site, we confirm the applicable Wind Region for your location before finalising a design, rather than applying a single national specification.
