Our design and engineering process is defined by accuracy, certification, and performance assurance. From concept through to final documentation, each structure is modelled, stress-tested, and validated by qualified engineers to ensure full compliance with AS/NZS 1170.2:2021 and related Australian Standards.

Structural design & certification
All shelters are certified to AS/NZS 1170.2:2021, designed to withstand Wind Regions A–D, and engineered by qualified professionals. Our minimum design criteria is Level of Importance 2 and Terrain Category 2, ensuring total structural reliability across Australia, the South Pacific and the World.
Material integrity
Each frame is fabricated using galvanised RHS steel, providing long-term corrosion resistance and consistent structural performance. Fabric membranes are tested for tensile strength and UV degradation resistance with UV warranties up to 20 years.
