How Our Twistlock System Works

During installation, you’ll need to insert the bracket into the corner casting aperture and rotate to the locked position. This mechanical connection resists uplift, lateral forces, and vibrational loads while distributing forces across the corner casting’s reinforced structure.
Our system is engineered and certified for Wind Regions A, B, C or D when installed to specifications, and each installation receives full engineer certification documenting AS/NZS 1170.2:2021 compliance – the same regulatory documentation welded installations provide.
This mounting system also integrates with our base rail waterproofing system. The base rail seals on mounting points rather than container roofs, eliminating water ingress common with traditional methods.
