Container Domes Australia - Warranty Application Form

To activate and validate the Warranty specified in Clause 15 of our Terms & Conditions, the Buyer must complete and return to the Seller this Warranty Application Form and provide 12 high resolution photos of the installed Products within 60 days of receipt of the Goods. The Buyer is not required to provide photos if the Seller installs the Goods.

Buyer Declaration

By signing this form you declare that you are authorised to do so. Container Domes Australia can only inspect items which have been supplied by Container Domes Australia and located above ground level. Any items outside of this are the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with any relevant structural engineering or building codes. If for any reason the construction fails to comply with requirements of the supplied engineering certification, Container Domes Australia reserves the right to offer a partial approval for Warranty purposes to cover only the workmanship, proprietary products and materials supplied. Container Domes Australia will not be liable to cover supplied items in the event of a noncompliant construction.
