The Scope of Works
Container Domes Australia was asked to design and install a ContainerShed™ to replace an existing dome shelter at our Client’s Brisbane site that had significant storm damage.
The Challenges
The Apex of the ContainerShed™ had to be a minimum of 5.0m high to allow plant, vehicles and machinery to safely operate within the undercover work space.

The Outcome
The CDA In-House Design Team were able to modify a standard 12m x 12m ContainerShed™ to include extension posts, raising the apex to 5.3m. Additional sheeting and flashing were added to the sides to provide 100% waterproofing above the containers.
The CDA Install Team dismantled and removed the existing damaged dome shelter and installed the new ContainerShed™ to the inside edge of one 40ft container and the outside edge of the other to provide an additional undercover storage area in the workspace.
The project was completed on time and on budget with zero safety incidents reported on-site.
